The following delivery rules apply after our store accepts an order.

Information, handling, and shipping offers

Customers must supply a correct street address, email, and phone number. Paid and confirmed orders are typically readied in roughly 1–2 business days. A free-shipping offer is valid only when it appears at checkout for that purchase.

Estimated movement

Once dispatched, travel time is commonly estimated at about 2–4 business days. Carrier capacity, weather, remote-area limits, and other interruptions can alter this estimate, so it is not guaranteed. Tracking events are shared when the carrier provides them.

Exceptions and investigations

Contact us about delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, transit damage, or a delivery restriction. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking code, confirmed address, and useful photographs so we can review the carrier record and available resolution.
