Refund Policy

Our store reviews requests involving delivery damage, a defect, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the published description. We do not approve a return solely because of changed plans, taste, preference, or choosing the wrong item.

Submitting a claim

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. The submission must identify the order number and checkout email, explain the problem, and provide clear images or video of the product and its packaging. Nothing should be returned until we issue authorization and directions.

Outcome

We may inspect the evidence or an approved return. Approved refunds use the original payment method, and the bank determines when the credit posts. A replacement may be offered when it is an appropriate remedy and stock is available.
